Clover Stock

I was looking to preorder Part 5 of Black Clover with the art book, and I noticed it says out of stock even though it's not available yet. Upon looking further, all parts of Black Clover are out of stock and not available to order. Has anyone else had experience with preorders or entire shows going out of stock? I'm really hoping it's just an error, as I want to get the art book, and the keychain (Funimation.com exclusive).

The new $CLOV research released by Hindenburg Research is severely flawed. I honestly do not think they understand how the healthcare payment system works. This seems like an obvious attack on Chamath for his criticism of short sellers recently and support of us retards

1. The DOJ investigation is doomed from the start. Kickbacks are hard to prove and can be structured in many legal forms

2. Operating at a loss is the norm for disruptive companies and the fact they plan to be profitable by 2023 is impressive.

3. Criticizing Clover for sales tactics that mislead the elderly is just laughable. Having a company you own help patients with insurance choices is the least deceptive thing insurance companies do. You may as well dissolve the AARP (please do) for screwing seniors for decades

4. Clover was fined by CMS for misleading tactics, but CMS fines companies CONSTANTLY. CVS/Caremark/Aetna is caught defrauding the government every year but they just get a slap on the wrist.

5. The assertion that Clover mislead patients about services shows just how little Hindenburg understands our healthcare payment system. Insurance companies promise coverage to patients in regards to tier based copays and networks that they CONSTANTLY change

6. Seek Medicare, as I mentioned before, is no different than Geico giving you quotes from multiple insurance companies. This is nothing compared to CVS/Caremark/Aetna sharing patient data to steer them toward conglomerate owned services.

7. Going after Clover for marketing their software as a driver of sales because they use a marketing and sales team is just lazy.

8. Removing your name and ownership of companies for compliance reasons is incredibly common. So your company uses a company you know and trust? Big deal. No one will care about this when they let conglomerates go with a pinky promise that they won't share data

9. You are allowed to give out gifts to offices. A certain amount is allowed per year.

10. They are seriously attacking insurance for upcoding like it is something new. They all do it, intentionally or unintentionally. It is easily passed off on a mistake when they are audited. This is not groundbreaking information

Alright listen up folks. I know this industry isn’t sexy like EV or FinTech, but this space is important. Let me tell you why Clover Health ($CLOV) is going to the fucking moon soon 🚀🚀🚀🚀

$CLOV merged with $IPOC (Chamath’s SPAC). Chamath’s track record speaks for itself. His investments including SPCE, OPEN, and his other current PIPE investment have all done really well and are quality companies. Since the merger with Clover Health, Chamath upped his stake in the Clover Health and now owns roughly 30%. Not long after, a 13D was filed by Clover’s CEO to up his stake in the company and now owns around 37%. The CEO has a proven track record of building successful healthcare businesses on the services side that he’s sold for billions. Another notable mention is Bill and Hillary Clinton’s daughter, Chelsea. She is on the Board of Directors for Clover and has been a believer in the company for a while now. She recently opted to exercise her shares rather than sell after merging because she’s in it for the long haul. 🚀🚀🚀🚀 if there’s one thing we know, it’s that the Clinton family gets their bag. Numerous other executives at Clover and Social Capital have done the same including Ian Osborne. There’s 70+ institutions holding the stock but other notable “smart money” includes backing from Google and Sequoia Capital. If you don’t know what Sequoia capital is, I encourage you to look up previous companies they’ve invested in. Follow the smart money 💎💎💎

Let’s talk some numbers. Medicare Advantage spending was $270 billion in 2019, and is expected to expand to $590 billion by 2025. As of now $CLOV is only in 34 counties. That doesn’t sound that impressive at first glance. However, just being in 34 counties generated them 507M in revenue. They already said this year they’ll be in 108 counties which will take their revenue to just shy of a billion. There’s 3,000 counties in the US. Being in 108 counties is just 0.03% penetration of the total addressable market.... They’ve already said they want to be in every corner of the country and the cash generated from this IPO will help them expand to get there. Their market share is growing exponentially (9x faster than its closest competitors) and revenues are growing 50%+. Speaking of total addressable market, 10,000 boomers turn 65 a day. That’s an extremely concrete and measurable customer base that can only expand. We now have president Biden who has sworn to revamp Medicare and possibly lower age of Medicare

point-by-point response to the short seller firm’s questions, the alleged “report” is rife with ad-hominem attacks, sweeping inaccuracies and gross mischaracterizations. Importantly, the short seller firm did not contact Clover, and we had no knowledge of the short seller report prior to it being made publicly available. In our view, it belies a desperate attempt for publicity while sacrificing any regard for the truth.

In addition, we would note that the report’s title specifically calls out the involvement of “The King of SPACs,” Chamath Palihapitiya, and accuses him of a dearth of diligence. This, as we will show, is completely untrue, and we suspect this was done in order to sensationalize what is otherwise a rather underwhelming piece of research. Given the market’s latest views on short sellers, we believe that Hindenburg, which takes pains to call out their altruism in saying that they are not short on CLOV stock, is foolheartedly seeking to redeem itself by posturing as a white knight of the financial markets.

I've been around this subreddit since there were about ten or twenty people and it has been extraordinarily exciting to watch it grow. I have seen many recent posts of people posting price targets, holding amounts, partnership and exchange speculations, people pleading to buy the dip, people pleading not to pump and dump, people equating this to DOGE or GME and everything in between. There's nothing wrong with those kinds of posts. I welcome people's thoughts and ideas with open arms, and will listen to anyone with anything to say, although that does not mean I agree with everyone. With that said I want to explain why I have become fascinated with the Flexa Network and its Amp token collateral. This project has a serious chance to create a paradigm shift in how people spend money, value digital assets, and sell goods and services. It quite literally can create a new way of life for people existing in global economies attached to the internet. Here are my thoughts. Get ready for a deep dive with an academic flow.

To start it is important to understand how payments networks are currently structured. Many understand this quite a lot more than me, but here's a basic rundown. The current payments industry is set up with a vast amount of middle-men in between the customer's payment to the merchant's wallet. These middle-men include financial institutions and banks which charge high fees (generally can reach over 3% of a transaction). The bureaucracy of the process leaves merchants at high risk of fraud. The merchants themselves eat these costs while the banks and financial institutions profit. This process is highly centralized and thus disadvantages merchants, and in the end it disadvantages customers because merchants must ultimately choose: raise costs for customers to cover merchant fees or provide lower quality goods and services and eat the payment costs. $CLOV: Clover Health Group has recently been under investigation for potential securities fraud claims on behalf of shareholders, resulting from allegations that Clover might have issued misleading information to the investing public. That was on February the 4th and now it seems to be slowly climbing back up. Since I like to get good deals on stocks, and sometimes these "investigations" are overreaction or even instigated by short sellers, they can provide good buying opportunities for us retailers.

$SPCE: Virgin Galactic provides human spaceflight for private individuals and researchers. As of recent, it feels like we have entered a new space age, or race. Especially with Elon Musk and his SpaceX garnering a lot of attention, almost anything space related is doing well. I feel as if this one is over bought solely based on a lot of hype and possibly fear of missing out (FOMO). I'll be waiting for a correction, but if it corrects, I'll pick up some LEAPS

Many of you are like me and held GME too long and saw most of our ungodly gains evaporate in a matter of days. Big whoop, that’s life. Maybe you’re still holding based off the fantastic DD’s about sHorT LadDeR aTtAcKs and ThE SqUeeZe iS NoT sQuOzE. If you are, good for you, you stuck to your guns and you might end up being right. Maybe you sold at the top and are trying to “save” everyone still “bagholding”. No matter which person you are I don’t care, no one cares. Now shut up so we can move onto new plays that may get our wives to look at us again and out of their boyfriends bed. We’re here to make money.

So Clover Health, they use machine learning to personalize the Medicare experience for each specific patient to lower healthcare costs through improved decision making. Their growth is tied to virtuous cycles (positive feedback loops) by using improving machine learning to continuously lower costs over time. Currently CLOV annual growth rate is 38%. Hindenburg recently released a negative report on the company that brought down the stock price 15% in the past few days, but it’s started to turn around Friday. It’s down from it’s all time high of $17.45. Could be a good buying opportunity.

Anyone who knows more about the company have any further insight? I got in on the dip on Friday.

For the ones that subscribed to my newsletter, I hope you were able to get in early on IPOE thanks to the ALERT email I sent 🔥

I’m still grappling with what this GME phenomenon means in the grand scheme of things. There’s this social allegory I mentioned in my newsletter on Wednesday, which seems now even clearer considering the nature of the r/wallstreetbets posts and the various celebs and politicians getting involved. But there’s also the question of what the future of Wall Street will look like - shorting yes, but also investing overall. But hey, you didn’t open this email to hear me philosophize over this. You’re here for the hot stocks of the week, right?!

As you can imagine, my program was completely overwhelmed by GME, AMC, NOK, BB and DOGE mentions this week (fun fact: my program had a +24568% increase WoW on GME - and this stock was already topping the charts for a good couple of weeks!). However, my program picked up some rather under-the-radar stocks that seem interesting based on the DDs I ran.

WARNING: IPOF and IPOD are highly speculative plays that have generated conversations on Reddit and Twitter this week solely based on rumors. I would thus be extremely cautious if one decides to invest in those.

Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp. V (IPOE) +562%

Market Cap: 2.3b

Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings, through its affiliate SCH Sponsor Corp., is the creation of two men: Chamath Palihapitiya and Ian Osborne. The former runs San Francisco-based venture capital firm, Social Capital. The latter is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hedosophia, a London-based venture capital firm. Hence the name. Together, the duo plan to create 26 SPACs , up from the six they’ve already raised funds for. Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp. V (IPOE) announced on Jan 24 that it would be merging with Social Finance (SOFI) to take the company public.

Reasoning: Chamath Palihapitiya tweeted on Jan 29 about replacements for RobinHood after the latter placed restrictions on trading GME. His #1 pick was SoFi (biased, obviously). Reddit and Twitter users picked up on this and some started saying they were considering moving from RH to SOFI. Chamath has expressed his support to r/wallstreetbets during the GME madness and it seems like

$CLOV announced that they will report Q4 and full year 2020 financial results on March 1. In Chamath’s statement regarding this matter he said “I will let clover’s long term goals and performance speak for themselves going forward”. I feel like this is not being talked about enough and IMO I feel this is the response that could cause the stock to recover and even exceed it’s previous highs of $17.03

I once worked for a guy like this, it a new archetype, the 21st century transparent mega-savior risk-addicted CEO.

The company this guy ran, they do really cool stuff, it was cool to work there for a few years, there were a lot of high fives, we made dope things. However the strife and toxic shit that went down behind the scenes, you would not believe. Their employee reviews on Glassdoor range from burning ceremony fodder to psychoanalyst application.

So it came as no surprise that 3 weeks after I bought in on Clover, the company made headlines for an arrogant expletive-filled rant.

Nowadays I work for an aeropspace defense giant, and while it would make more sense for an artistic guy as myself to be in the liberal circuit, I am actually much happier being in a workplace that is sane and a meritocracy, a place where people cooperate and respect eachother.

So, nothing personal against Chamath, I think in his heart he probably does want to do well by people. And some of his picks will probably be very successful.

But don't take anyone just on their word. C'mon man.

If you want to buy a stock that has a high probability to kick some ass in the next decade, Aeropsace Defense ain't a bad place to start.

The Palihapitiya SPACs: A look at the SPACs.

• Virgin Galactic SPCE 0.55% was the first SPAC deal completed in the IPOA to IPOZ run from Palihapitiya. Shares of the space company are up 129% year-to-date and up over 440% since the IPOA offering.
• Opendoor Technologies OPEN 3.5% is an on-demand digital experience to buy and sell a home. Shares of Opendoor are up 17% year-to-date and up 166% since the shares of IPOB went public.
• Clover Health offers Medicare Advantage plans. The company says it holds a top-three market share position in its established market. Clover Health shares are down 23% year-to-date but are up 29% since the IPOC offering.
• Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp IV IPOD 0.31% has not named a merger target yet. Shares of the SPAC are up 21% year-to-date and up 65% over their lifetime.
• Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp V IPOE 0.44% announced a merger with fintech company SoFi in early January. Shares of the SPAC are up 86% year-to-date and up 131% over their lifetime.

I thought my dd post was up Tuesday but the mod said I needed to fix something. Today is a big dip day because of a short report to one of Chamath's completed SPAC -- Clover Health ($CLOV). The short report was made by Hindenburg, the same media who shorted $Loop (64%), $KNDI (27%), $MVIS (388%), and $BLNK (2404%). The only successful short report was on $NKLA, which was a truly fraudulent company. I firmly believe Chamath will dispute the allegation and his SPAC will bounce right back up. I doubled down on my position on $IPOF from 2000 --> 4000 shares.

#TLDR: I expect a target from either $IPOF or $IPOD next Monday or Tuesday. Buy now and swing to the moon or hold long term, depending on the target.

Each time Chamath has tweeted this clever statement, the following week one of his SPACs announces a target. He repeated that he is in the trenches twice now! Expect news from $IPOD or $IPOF Monday (Feb 8th). One will surge and the other will gain a sympathy boost. I prefer $IPOF, the largest trust size of all his SPACs because it will lead to a much bigger acquisition that could reach Rivian, Plaid, or Instacart (my bet).

This wasn't a personal attack, I don't even know the guy. Saying "cHaMaTh bIlluNaRe yOu pOoR" isn't a cogent argument. Smart and wealthy people are not infallible. Look at who backed Theranos. Short selling research firm Hindenburg Research released a report unearthing an active Department of Justice investigation into the data driven health care insurer Clover Health ( CLOV). USDOJ, responsible for investigating Medicare fraud, is investigating claims of undisclosed third party deals and misleading advertising around their “Clover Assistant” platform. CLOV was taken public via SPAC led by Daddy Chamath in June of last year. Clover sell Medicare Advantage plans primarily within New Jersey, targeting minority and low income patients. 2019 Annual Statement. Additionally the insurer was fined $160K for misleading marketing in 2016.

I do not study health law and can barely form a sentence without putting on my retard helmet so I asked the person who literally wrote the book on MediCare Fraud and Government Fraud detection. There are two possible outcomes from this investigation and either will print if timed correctly.

Quick breakdown of Charges

-Payments to providers to recruit new Patients

-Encouraging providers to deny patients with non Clover coverage

-Overstating adoption of Clover software "Assistant"

-Paying for patient referrals

-Paying provider employees to to pitch Clover to patients

Are the alleged violations serious?

Unequivocally yes. Put bluntly, "Feds are usually understaffed and overburdened." They do not pursue allegations they cannot easily proof. The DOJ levying charges against Clover means this is a clear cut case. It's exceedingly rare to levy HCA fraud charges against an innocent company. Furthermore proving guilt is not difficult. With very little pressure, the supposed patients will testify to Clove's practices in a statement or in front of court. There's little doubt the DOJ can achieve a guilty verdict in court.

Alright listen up folks. I know this industry isn’t sexy like EV or FinTech, but this space is important. Let me tell you why Clover Health ($CLOV) is going to see a great returns within the coming months!

$CLOV merged with $IPOC (Chamath’s SPA). Chamath’s track record speaks for itself. His investments including SPCE, OPEN, and his other current PIPE investment have all done really well and are quality companies. Since the merger with Clover Health, Chamath upped his stake in the Clover Health and now owns roughly 30%. Not long after, a 13D was filed by Clover’s CEO to up his stake in the company and now owns around 37%. The CEO has a proven track record of building successful healthcare businesses on the services side that he’s sold for billions. Another notable mention is Bill and Hillary Clinton’s daughter, Chelsea. She is on the Board of Directors for Clover and has been a believer in the company for a while now. She recently opted to exercise her shares rather than sell after merging because she’s in it for the long haul. if there’s one thing we know, it’s that the Clinton family gets their bag. Numerous other executives at Clover and Social Capital have done the same including Ian Osborne. There’s 70+ institutions holding the stock but other notable “smart money” includes backing from Google and Sequoia Capital. If you don’t know what Sequoia capital is, I encourage you to look up previous companies they’ve invested in. Follow the smart money 💎💎💎

Let’s talk some numbers. Medicare Advantage spending was $270 billion in 2019, and is expected to expand to $590 billion by 2025. As of now $CLOV is only in 34 counties. That doesn’t sound that impressive at first glance. However, just being in 34 counties generated them 507M in revenue. They already said this year they’ll be in 108 counties which will take their revenue to just shy of a billion. There’s 3,000 counties in the US. Being in 108 counties is just 0.03% penetration of the total addressable market.... They’ve already said they want to be in every corner of the country and the cash generated from this IPO will help them expand to get there. Their market share is growing exponentially (9x faster than its closest competitors) and revenues are growing 50%+. Speaking of total addressable market, 10,000 boomers turn 65 a day.
