Like breaking and entering, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, first degree murder, terrorism, etc... the coordinating police chief in charge of the raid should be held responsible for whatever happens.
Thanks for the awards. Glad we’re on the same page......
This has been started and stopped many times in the last couple of days but I feel that everyone who blindly supports “Blue Lives Matter” should read my story.
My biological father was Police Chief of the small town I was born in.
Instead of growing up to see a person who followed the law, protected his citizens and created peace... I grew up in paralyzing fear.
This man told me day in and day out that I was an Ugly Worthless Bitch. The first time I heard it, I was 8 years old. He’d later tell me I deserved this since I was a girl.
This man told me he would shoot the family dog and it would be my fault. (He would later kill strays I brought home to save. 3 animals died this way before I had to stop and realize a stray had a better chance at life without my help). The same dog I was never allowed to feed or care for unless he allowed it.
This man threatened to bury me and my mother in the backyard of our property because “who would care or find us?”

Edit 2: SPD claims to have deployed OC gas canisters. OC gas is an aerosolized pepper spray, dispensed like a giant bug bomb. This is the same semantic argument that President Trump tried to use when he claimed that they didn't teargas protesters in front of the white house. Personally I don't care if its OC or CS gas - I care that it's an indiscriminate chemical agent being used on peaceful protesters.
Edit 3: Here a post with a video that has a good view of the teargas - it's the yellow green smoke (and what looks like a protest crew that moves up to douse it)
Edit: News crews are attempting to contact the PD to determine if it really was tear gas. Some reports are it may have been smoke grenades and a metric fuck-ton of flash-bangs. Personally I can't tell the difference without breathing the shit, which I'd rather not do.

Shelby Twp. Police Chief Robert Shelide is the guy who posted about wanting to see peaceful citizens in body bags. And then posted basically "oh, I'm really super sincerely sorry about those terrorist threats, hoping you can all be big enough people to keep trusting me to be the weaponized authority in charge of this community's safety." And he claimed it was completely "out of character."
Here's what I just realized. His twitter user name is Sheepdawg711. Why sheepdawg? That's the language used by David Grossmann, in his course Killology. Some highlights from https://www.insider.com/bulletproof-dave-grossman-police-trainer-teaching-officers-how-to-kill-2020-6
"Dave Grossman's "Bulletproof Mind" is teaching law enforcement agencies across the United States militarized tactics in which officers are told to see themselves as "at war" on the streets.
He focuses on a concept he's dubbed "killology," or the study of killing, and uses it to teach officers to kill with less hesita
