Turning tokens into Champion Chards is more than 50% more efficient than turning them directly into BE
I was debating whether I should turn my Pulsefire tokens into champion shards or directly into BE since I already own most champs, so the chance for a champion shard I can enchant are pretty slim. I decided to do the math.
I counted the amount of champions in each price category in the store and based on the return if you disenchant a shard I calculated the average amount of BE you get when buying a champion shard. Assuming you have equal chance of finding each champion from a champion shard it turns out you get an average revenue of 787 BE when opening and disenchanting a champion shard. (the image shows the excel sheet I used)
A champion shard costs 50 token so thats a little over 15 BE per token. Turning tokens directly into BE on the other hand only gives 10 BE per token, so champion shards are over 50% more effective. The value increases even more if you don't own every champion yet since enchanting a champion shard saves even more essence, compared to buying it in the store.

[Homemade] Smoked spoonbill fish with swiss chard and black eyed peas and corn
Simple healthy FODMAP dinner! Microwaved carrots, potato, steamed chard & spinach, baked chicken!
Potato, Chicken, Carrots, Swiss Chard, Spinach - no oil, salt, or seasoning
I loathe cooking so I generally look for items I can eat in quantity, make easily, and are healthy!
- Chicken - baked a bunch of frozen chicken on Sunday so can reheat on the stove. I'm sure there is a better way to reheat, but chicken as we know is low FODMAP and fills ya up!
- Swiss chard & Spinach - steamed in a flat pan with water & lid
- Carrots - poked holes with a knife then microwaved for 3 minutes in the microwave
- Potato - poked holes with a knife then microwaved for 6 minutes, turned, another 6 minutes, then let it cool for 15 so I could cut it better
Hope this helps other people struggling with changing up their diet!
I used to love pasta + mango + watermelon, but alas we all know those are HIGH FODMAP so trying to look for foods which are not calori

Did I screw up my best swiss chard/kale plants by moving them while in direct sun?
the other day I was in the garden and I kind of got carried away because some plants were doing great but they were way too close to each other. I moved a couple of them and now they are wilted and the leaves are shriveling. They look like crap now. I didn't even think about it but it was in direct sun. Does that matter? Will they bounce back? Faaack!

[Recipe] Tilapia and Chard - the cheap fish dish that can feed a family. (pic included)
Tilapia is a relatively inexpensive fish because of how easily it’s farmed. You can buy a big bag of frozen fillets at your local grocery store, and they’ll keep for a while. Chard is a leafy green vegetable, you can find both red and white Swiss chard in the produce section. Either one works for this recipe.
- Cutting board and knife
- Saucepan with lid or cover
- Wooden Spoon or Spatula
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, diced. (Preferably a sweet onion)
- 3 cups chopped Swiss chard
- 2 tbsp lime juice (or more to taste)
- 3-5 Tilapia fillets (thawed)
- To chop the chard, separate the green leafy parts from the thicker portions of the stalks. (The stalks and leaves will cook differently.) Chop the stalks similar to celery. Chop the leaves as you would any other leafy green.
- In the saucepan, fry the garlic with the oil over medium heat until just before it browns.
- Add the onion, chard *
