I’m a big baker but I don’t have too much experience with cakes so therefore I don’t have cake pans. Do you guys think I could convert Claire’s carrot cake into cupcakes? I would of course adjust baking time!
As the title suggest, I am trying to make carrot cupcakes from carrot cake recipes. My friend's birthday is coming up and she loves carrot cake and cupcakes, so I thought why don't I combine them together!!! However, the thing is I'm not the best when it comes to baking. My cooking style consist of throwing random stuff in my pot and eyeball the seasoning, so I am pretty sure I will have an issue with this. Therefore, any tips such as how to afjust temperature, what to notice, etc will be greatly appreciated!
I plan to use the carrot cake recipe from Chef John on Food Wishes (https://youtu.be/hEdtudt2mos) and his cream cheese frosting.
