[Update: winner /u/GodTrundle ]
For those that haven’t heard of us, we’re Kinetic Labs, a small team of 2 based in Jersey City, NJ.
We recently launched PolyCaps BoW, an in-stock Double-Shot PBT set with a large base kit. See this imgur with several pics of the set on some of my favorite boards. This is the set we’re giving away today!
In other news, we’re launching our first in-stock desk mats a week from today (next Wednesday, February 17th). See the links below for some pics:
Thanks for reading-- I hope you all have a great rest of your week! <3
Our guardian, the guardian who murdered Gods, pushed back darkness, are very very few.
And some of us even crazy enough to murder the speaker
and thanks for the rewards, but if that costs money, please funnel that to something else.
Shit’s wack yo.
A freakin bow, slug shotgun, and rocket launcher. That sounds like my typical “let me pull some random bullshit out of my vault to complete this stupid bounty” loadout.
I mean come on, Bungie! An exotic solar bow that tracks?
I dub thee Bötunn.
Edit: Thanks for the silver and hugs!
Edit 2: Wow thanks for so many awards! These are my first!
Edit 3: /u/myaltaccount333 said it better than I could…to paraphrase “Thanks for the awards but give it to a local food bank or something, especially with all that’s been going on.” Please.
Edit 4: Thank you for the free awards! Please donate to a local food bank or similar.
My fiancee is Korean-American, and I'm American. We've met each other parents before, and she's met my grandparents, but I've yet to meet her grandparents because they live in Korea. We are planning a trip to Korea as soon as it's possible so that I can meet her grandparents.
She's asking me to bow to her grandparents when we meet, since respecting the elders is a big deal in Korean culture. Not just like a causal dip, like a full on 90 degree bow. I said I'd rather not since I found it emasculating and that I just don't bow to anyone. She said that it was important to her culture, but I pointed out that she didn't bow to my grandparents or parents. I just think it's hypocritical to expect me to bow to her grandparents when she didn't bow to mine. Her grandparents aren't my superior just because of their age, why should I have to bow?
She said it was just one tiny thing I could do to earn their respect, but I said that if it was so tiny, it should be fine if I don't do it. And that I respect myself and that's why I'm not going to bow, and she was just going to have to respect my decision. She thinks I'm an asshole for that, AITA?
In previous seasons, it was kind of a pain point for new players to obtain an LMG or bow to do specific bounties. It's nice to finally be able to pull one from collections. Took a while, but credit where credit is due.
Especially if you replace “Holy Father” or “Jesus Christ” with the name of God or a spiritual leader in a different language or with a different name? I think the audience would be having a VERY different reaction to a Bachelor asking everyone to participate in the prayer, instead of saying it on his own or just out loud to himself. And I don’t know how the contestants would have reacted in that moment because they were in front of cameras, but wonder if we would be seeing the discomfort they might have felt in a different light.
EDIT: All I’m saying is he should have stopped and at least ASKED before proceeding. Literally adding a simple: “if you feel comfortable” would have wiped most of the discomfort many of us are feeling away. It gives non-Christians the choice at least. He didn’t really give anyone an out if they felt uncomfortable. And I say this as a religious person myself.
EDIT 2: I think we should take into account, without them being given an out, how uncomfortable the women who have just been told to bow their heads would feel in front of a bunch of cameras to walk out or look straight ahead, knowing that they would show that on national TV and that it may have been edited in a negative way (and that people would have attacked them).
I now possess a comically large chunky seal plushie.
And his name.
Is Custard :D
Also, there are some new flairs for NFL draft SZN folks!
Update: According to multiple people in the community, the way to unlock this bow may have something to do with a lake being mentioned in the collectors edition of the game. The whole "someone has almost done it the proper way" that Darby mentioned could be in reference to Access The Animus, who did a 2-part video on deciphering the ISU language. Here is part 1 and here is part 2. Btw, don't know if this will help or not, but u/Lord_Phoenix95 had this to say that can help "Nodens is a Celtic Deity that have to do with Healing, the Sea, hunting and dogs. They have a temple in Gloucestershire (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nodens) so maybe there's something there if it's in game at all." Darby on Twitter did say that in order to unlock the bow there are a few steps that need to be done. Use the info that I just gave you and the endless resource that is the internet, and we may get to find the proper way. Also, this lake in reference definitely has to be the one that people found it in by brute forcing it. GOOD LUCK ASSASSINS!!!
So far we only have the brute force way of unlocking it, as seen in the video I just linked. But according to Darby McDevitt there is a legitimate way of unlocking it, a way that someone almost has. Since someone has almost done it, I can bet that it is definitely in the game. I guess it’s time for us as a community to figure out this mystery and find out how to legitimately unlock this hidden bow!!!
