Best program to generate bibliographies in APA style

Hello! What is the best program to use to generate bibliographies that will list all citations in updated APA style? Secondly, I was thinking of buying a Chromebook. If I have to download or install a program, would I be able to on a Chromebook? Thank you all!

Tips for research paper writing? Organizing research? Automatic citations & bibliography in APA format? Thanks!

I am just beginning to write my first real research paper and can use all the help I can get. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone use programs for organizing their research? If not, which other methods do you use? A friend suggested creating a separate document to track research.

What about citations and a bibliography? I will be using APA formatting. Are there websites or programs that will create proper citations and a proper bibliography for me? I have Microsoft Word 2007.

Any other tips will be appreciated, thank you in advance! I feel a bit like a fish out of water here.

I'm trying to settle an argument where I think we're both wrong - how would you APA reference this book (in the bibliography) to properly credit the creatives involved?

Open source office suite with APA, MLA, etc bibliography features?

I love programs like Open Office and Kingsoft Office, but the problem is that they lack the advanced bibliography and citation features of Office. Does anyone know of an open source office suite that has these features? They are absolutely essential to me as someone who types academic papers that have sometimes dozens of citations.

Bibliography in APA style -- made one but teacher won't except it.

The bibliography

>Low-Level Radioactive Waste Policy Act 1980 and 1985 amendments . (1985). > >NEW YORK v. UNITED STATES et al., No. 91–543. (The Supreme Court of the United States June 19, 1992). > >Gallup, ABC News, CBS News. (n.d.). Public Opinion Polling. > >Half Lives (n.d.). [Motion Picture]. > >Nazzaro, R. M. (2004). Low-Level Radioactive Waste: Future Waste Volumes and Disposal Options Are Uncertain. Washington: United States Government Accountability Office. > >Nuclear Age (n.d.). [Motion Picture].

So yeah. I used the automatic bibliography creator found in Word 2010 where you input the data and it creates a bibliography. (I trust a program more than my own abilities to make the bibliography). However, my teacher wouldn't except it, saying it wasn't in proper APA style. I did some further research on APA and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can I get some help?
