Bart Schedule

I work at SFO airport and normally I park at Millbrae Station and take the BART but I actually got sick and I've been unable to go to work for almost a month now. I know there have been a ton of changes since I've worked last and tonight is my first night going back to work (woot woot!). Someone told me that the busses are free now, is that true? And does anybody know what time they stop running now? I need to be clocked in at 11pm so I need to figure out what bus I need to catch from Millbrae BART Station to SFO and what time I should catch it. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The last update says it might be delayed to September 2019. Anyone know if this is confirmed?

I just wanna make sure I'm not reading this wrong. Does the shuttle service only go to BART at those times? If I were to miss the 9:20AM one does that mean it won't come back until 4:40PM?

Are there any that are good with AC transit, BART, and muni?

For my morning commute I usually takes the 7:42am Pleasant Hill train into SF. But, sometimes there is no train. It just doesn't show and there is no notice of any delays. Sometimes it shows but instead of coming in backwards and empty from SF like it's supposed to it comes from Baypoint and it's full.

Does Bart have some threshold notice policy that says they can run off schedule so long as it does not exceed a certain time period? My 7:42 finally showed at 7:54.
