Destiny's lore is actually really good and I'm glad I took the time to start reading it.
Brother Vance's smile fell as the Titan entered his sanctum. The smell was unmistakable: ancient gunpowder, burnt oil, scorched Vex fluid, the burnt tang of steel overused through a hundred lifetimes.
"You have the Perfect Paradox," Vance said, his voice as steady as he could manage. He extended his hands. "May I?"
The Titan shrugged, then dug into his pack for the Shotgun. He placed it in Vance's waiting hands.
He ran his fingers over the barrel and tested the weight of the stock. "Ah," he said. "Not the original Perfect Paradox, is it?"
The Titan stood in confusion. Vance waited for a moment with his head tilted before he continued.

We were walking my dog when he suggested he may be interested in getting a Frenchie in the upcoming months. There is a local (bad) breeder who often has cleft pallet Frenchies that they dump at a questionable rescue. I brought them up since its a way to get the breed he desires and help a dog in need. He started going off about all the dogs I've been fostering. I have only fostered 3 dogs. One was hit by a car and needed physical rehabilitation. The next was afraid of men, she now lives happily with her dad. And the most recent was a Double Merle Mini Aussie who was Deaf, he was the perfect dog except he couldn't be recalled verbally.
Honestly, I can't remember all that he said cause my mind went blank, but I vividly remember him saying that he doesn't want a "Bottom of the barrel" dog, a "broken" dog, a "discount" dog, and so on. He kept going as our other friend gently tried to get him to stop. I asked him how he could say that about my rescues, what about Benny (my dog I was... keep reading on reddit ➡
Say what you will about Bungie, they absolutely get their player base. Poor Vance...
Sounds demanding, but its not. Just a suggestion.
Changing out physical parts just sounds like a thing he should do. Perks can stay the same to make searching for "God rolls' a thing.
Honestly, I think every gun should have both trees as all guns have barrels and sight lines.
Edit: To be clear, perk rerolling is bad for the game. I do not consider scopes, barrels, stocks, and magazine to be "perks" but instead physical parts of the weapon that should be adjustable.
-Lahey pissing himself with the propane tanks, "pissing" himself in the drunk tank, Randy telling him he pissed himself after he was mowin' the air. Lahey saying on election day "Who doesn't end up passed out in their own driveway, pissing themselves?"
-George Green's absolute disgust when telling the police chief that officer Lahey pissed himself on Halloween night.
-Ricky having a heart attack, about to die, and his final words are "Bubbles don't let me piss myself."
What I've been saying on here. If you are investing in airlines, you have to ponder how much business travel is going to be replaced in the future by virtual meetings. Conventions aren't going to be happening for a while, too. "But while demand returns to normal, it will be from a base with less business travel. “Before we used to have these internal meetings and things of that nature, and I think this is going to be way more Zoom-oriented, other types of substitutes,” he said. “Look at the routes that the airlines are planning when they come back, they’re not going to be at the same level that they were previously.”
I don't think I've seen smokes, incendiary, explosives, or even the shotgun used more than 3 or 4 times, let alone the stun/flash shells. The range on them has already been dramatically cut and they hurt ADS and other speeds, but only carry a single shot or two.
They''re essentially an extra tactical/lethal that requires sacrificing an attachment slot and gun performance, so they should be treated like the other tacticals/lethals and restock with the others.
Scavenger is another option, although requiring 2-4 pickups before refilling equipment might be more balanced.
*I'd also like to add that the range should be increased to the point that it'd be impossible to "mortar" the other end of the map. Tightening the lethal radius of the frag rounds to just a couple meters should also avoid overbalancing and the COD4 problem.
The range buff would massively improve the tacticals, as they could be used on enemy snipers/LMG's/Campers to block or disrupt their shots (In Bad Company 2, po... keep reading on reddit ➡
Seeing as the ext barrel only gives you less falloff damage, I was wondering if the UMP45 is an outliar?
I remember that there's a wrong stat on the UI that mentions maximum / starting damage upgrade when using the extended barrel.
Been researching this but most of people's confirmed post is from a long time ago and things might been different now.
Thanks in advance.
Howdy there r/bourbon, t8ke here,
I hope you are all staying healthy and happy and having a great June. If things are still COVID weird as I'm sure they are, I hope each of you has found a way to stay active and enjoying your hobbies despite the changes we've all experienced.
Anyhoo, I'm bringing you an update on the 2020 r/Bourbon single barrel selection program today. As you can likely guess, COVID has shaken that up as well, but we are pushing forward. We will pick another New Riff this fall, though whether it is on prem or remote is really up in the air. I have a couple other things falling in place for around then as well, but in the meantime I have some news I think you all will find exciting.
r/Bourbon has the opportunity and the privilege of selecting a Russell's Reserve Single Barrel Bourbon. Things came together quickly, and samples are now in the air from distro to /u/dustlesswalnut and I. Next week, we will be tasting and I will update you with our thoughts. I may consi... keep reading on reddit ➡
Assuming the person does not work in Oil&Gas. Does this mean 401ks will start plummeting? Will gas prices plummet?
I don’t quite understand how oil works with the economy or how it affects the average person.
*I was sent here by the “Explain like I’m Five” subreddit.
I like many others, am not happy with the no stock META. At first I wanted it nerfing and that's it and still do but after thinking about it more, I think a large issue is how terrible short barrels are for 99% of weapons.
When you use a short barrel, you get a pathetic increase to your ADS speed and you lower your range. When you put a long barrel on, you get a slower ADS but your recoil control gets drastically improved and your range gets drastically improved. Why would anybody choose any barrel except the long barrel on 99% of guns. And when you stick a mono silencer on the end further increasing your range and decreasing recoil and also a grip, once you put no stock on the recoil is still less than stock. And doing this will improve your movement speed, super sprint duration, ads speed and aiming walking speed. Compared to a short barrel which wont have as good ADS speed, drastically more recoil since your barrel isn't helping and less range.
The only guns short barrels are actu... keep reading on reddit ➡
Surrounding a Barrel with 8 pieces of Gunpowder in a Crafting Table will yield 1 Barrel Bomb.
Barrel Bombs have the same explosion power as TNT, but have two things that set them apart:
1- The explosion leaves fire around (like Beds/Respawn Anchors);
2- They can destroy blocks even when detonated underwater.
EDIT: Barrel Bombs naturally spawn on some Shipwrecks.
Weller Single Barrel has been announced/released. All other posts will be removed and redirected here. This is the mega thread.
