Edit: my wife got a Facebook alert from the health department. 6abc has this: https://6abc.com/covid-19-vaccine-get-a-shot-in-philadelphia-vaccines-fishtown-clinic/10550388/
9am to 1pm. If you’re in line by 1pm you’ll get a shot and they’ll schedule your second.
I’m going to keep this very short because of the situation I am in. The Avenue of Life program is a non-profit group home for troubled and homeless youth. They take in youth (probably for funding) then kick everybody out at once. They are funded by private donations, and some grants. They claimed in a meeting to be making millions of dollars, and they refuse to house the homeless and kicked the entire household out onto the street in a split second decision, again. The CEO, and the COO of the program are the ones doing this. I’m back to living in my car, and they are trying to prevent me from accessing anything in my room because they claim “you no longer live here so it’s ours now on our property.” They have breached their contracts multiple times, and are consistently lying. I have multiple hours of conversations recorded with blatant lying, I have their words versus the contracts signed. All of us are homeless again, do not donate to this program. Please.
I’ll edit this or something when I have the chance. I don’t know when that might be.
Context: Online Women's wear boutique, 2 years in business, 1 sale a week organically, growing IG and FB page, growing blog on site. Recently transitioned from dropship model to carrying all inventory in house (huge financial investment to make this happen). Currently have two models/influencers that I pay $75 per item/post and give them the clothes they model for free.. I also model the majority of my clothes. I've done FB/IG/Google ads sporadically but always end up shutting them down after a couple of days. Have invested in freelancers here and there to tighten up my shop. I currently run my social media myself.
Question: After 2 years in business I need to start making profit. I have told my models that I will dial back on the amount of clothes I give them and pay them to promote. Was that a good call? What is the single most impactful avenue I should invest my money in to begin to scale? I believe I've done that by transitioning away from drop shipping. Is there anything else I should think about? I can DM my site to those interested.
Thank you very much . Sorry if this isn't clear. Willing to answer qs in the chat🙏🏿
