They are also giving everyone a one-time $10k taxable bonus in January to help people maintain those max contributions. They made this all clear in a letter and two follow-up emails ("If you are happy with the default auto enrollment, you do not need to take any action. To set up a deferral rate for anything other than auto-enrollment at $1,625.00 or $2,166.67, please follow the enclosed step-by-step instructions...").

I cannot decide if this is insane or awesome or both. Has anyone heard of an employer doing this? It is a very large employer with employees at all income levels. I suspect there will be many shocked employees when the February paychecks arrive...

• Under elemental vision: weapons are observed as grey if the wielder does physical damage, and will turn the color of corresponding element if the autos are doing elemental damage
  • Diluc's weapon is grey before ulting, and red after ulting, Keqing's weapon is grey before casting E, and purple after casting E
• Zhongli's weapon turns Geo Yellow (identical to Ningguang and Noelle's autos after Q) at hit 1, 4, 5 in his auto chain, and his charged attack

To clarify people who are confused that the gold weapon may have been an animation effect as opposed to actual Geo Damage, the Uploader did further testing in Video 2.

Test 1: Zhongli's 1,4,5 and charge attack is the same category as Tartaglia's E (melee form) autos, which is elemental (hydro) damage

• Setup: Go to Settings > Graphics > Co-Op Teammates Effects > Off
• When you use elemental vision to observe your teammate Tartaglia perform melee autoattacks under this setup, the hydro elemental daggers will not appear on your screen
• This effect is shared with Zhongli, but his weapon only disappears on attacks 1, 4, 5 and charged attacks

Conjecture 1: Zhongli's autos on hit 1,4,5 and charged attacks are of the same nature as Tartaglia's melee autos, they do elemental damage.

• Setup: Cast Chongyun E, and observe under elemental vision the weapon color and trajectory of weapon color

It is unbelievable to me that this thread is somehow gaining traction and is perpetuating the misconception that Zhongli's autos are somehow far worse than Xiangling's, because so many people are just going off of their impressions of a table instead of actually reading it.

Keep in mind that I AM NOT TRYING TO RECOMMEND ZHONGLI. I am simply pleading with everyone to argue about things that are actually true instead of bandwagoning on a pair of screenshots and a hoard of ill-concieved, misinterpretations of them.

By far, the most common (and ludicrous) takes I see are these two:

1. Zhongli's autos at Lv.6 do less damage than Xiangling's at Lv.2 (literally false). If you actually add up the numbers, Zhongli's combo at Lv.6 does way more. Don't only look at the first hit.
2. Zhongli's autos at the same level do about the same damage as Xiangling's, but Zhongli has to attack 6 times instead of 5 (very ill-concieved). Except if you read the table, you'd realize they both hit 9 times and attack at roughly the same speed.

Xiangling has a double attack that hits twice for peanuts whereas Zhongli doesn't, and they both have a 4x attack after the 4th hit. This means they both hit 9 times in total.

If you made an actual table to compare the two:

Yes, the first two hits are almost the same, but 3rd and 4th hits do much more damage than Xiangling's 3rd and 4th. And when you actually add everything up, Zhongli's full auto combo at Lv. 6 does 22.63% more damage than Xiangling's at Lv. 2.

That means basically nothing, because Lv. 6 > Lv. 2.

If you want a MEANINGFUL comparison, you compare them in-game and at minimum talent Lv. 6:

Yet we make his signature weapon scale of atk, we make him scale of geo as you level him up, and in the trial we pair him with Kaeya and Lisa to give you superconduct so that you can do more damage.

But no...he is STRICTLY support.

But I truly do wanna give props to whoever made those attack animations; such poetry and so fun to chain moves off his animations to make him look the most badass he could.

The current recoil system sucks. It incentivizes full auto hipfire spraying. In a game that markets itself as “realistic and hardcore” this doesn’t make sense.

Why can’t they balance recoil like every other FPS game. Semi-auto should be the most effective way to shoot. It is IRL. That’s not even disputable unless you’re talking about machine gunners or suppressive fire.

In real life, if you’re using a carbine/rifle, semi-auto is used 99% of the time. At least in the US military. Full auto wastes ammo and is inaccurate. Before you link a video of someone mag dumping an M4, I know it can be done. But it’s not effective or practical. Otherwise the military would use full auto.

Let the player control the recoil, not some BS skill. You don’t need artificial progression. I would argue that controlling the recoil with your own, real hand, is more “realistic” than letting your video game character do it for you. Doing it this way could also combat the 40 recoil full auto SA-58s that are more controllable than a semi auto 5.56. Shit makes no sense.

Auto rifle ammo finders, scavengers, and reserves don't work for trace rifles. Reloader does. I would spend high amounts of mod energy for trace rifles on certain encounters. Can we have that option or just make auto mods work for them?

I'm in the midst of hiring which is no small thing in this COVID world. I had one applicant who stood head and shoulders above the rest, she was exactly what my org was looking for.

Unfortunately, during the interview process she informed us via email she was no longer interested in the opportunity. So, we moved on to our 2nd pick candidate.

Fast Forward 2 weeks. I get a call from the applicant wondering if we had found someone and expressing interest in the job... I told her that she said she wasn't interested and I showed her the email she sent us. Apparently, she didn't send the email.

If you are in serious relationship then your partner has all of your passwords. They do. It is ridiculously easy to get someone's passwords if you have access to their phone or computer. It is to your advantage to just assume someone you are serious with has all your passwords. BEfore you break up with them you need to change all, yes ALL, of your passwords.

It is amazing how evil and vindictive people can be when they are heartbroken. Even so-called "nice" people can have a moment of temporary insanity after a break up and torch your whole life if they have the chance.

Looks like this change went live yesterday. Just go to any auto-generated music track (a.k.a. Art Track: typically album art only, uploaded by Artist - Topic, and "Provided to YouTube by" in the description) and check the comments on YouTube; they're probably turned off. Now you'll have to find a music video version for comments.

It seems Google started experimenting with this change at first before applying it to all tracks shortly later. Google also updated the knowledge base to say "Comments on auto-generated Art Tracks are turned off". You can compare the changes using Wayback Machine.

I bought a pre owned car a couple months ago. Loan is $22,349. 12.6% interest. Before I made the first payment I asked an agent from the bank a few questions.

Me: "If I make a payment that is more than my regular payment will the extra amount go towards principal."

Agent: "Yes its a fixed interest rate. Any extra or additional payments will go to the principal."

Me: "Ok so if my payment is $444 and I pay $500 then $56 goes to principal?"

Agent: "That is correct."

Pretty straightforward.

Regular payment is $444.65. I made a $500 payment on October 15th. $272.81 went to principal and $227.19 went to interest. I made another $500 payment last week. $148.39 went to principal and $351.61 went to interest. Loan is down to $22,051.80

I emailed the bank asking to them to explain this to me since I was confused. This was there response.

"To make a principle only payment you will need to add the amount that you wish to go to the principle to your monthly payment. If the payment is sent separately for principle only and is not received on the same day that the payment is made, interest will be taken from the payment and the remaining would then go to the principle. When the principle only is added to the payment all the funds intended for principle are then processed to the loan balance. The loan is a simple interest loan, which means that the interest is accrued on a daily basis. If you have further questions please call into the contact center at...."
