During the day they could give promotions to kids to come to the arcade under a program of re-socializing kids to undo the psychological damage of the lockdowns (an essential upcoming social cause). At night they could function like video game bars which have been very successful here in Chicago (a currently proven business model i.e. Emporium). AMC already has very nice movie theaters across the country, and GME already has tons of video game equipment. I personally would definitely patronize this venture repeatedly when things open up, and I think many across the country would do the same (and across the world if people could play with/against people in other countries while at these arcades).
I am not a financial advisor and this is not financial advice, I'm just someone who's trying to help the world.

Tweet >The Warriors plan to honor with a video tribute for Nets forward Kevin Durant for his first game against them in the Bay Area as well as when the Warriors-Nets next play at Chase Center with fans in the arena.
Good lord the wording of this tweet
Background: A mage lives on the edge of town, near the beach. The locals say heβs polite and harmless, but heβs rather obsessed with studying the local weather patterns, especially the storms. He hires the party for some simple physical labor. Inviting the party into his house, he shows them several pieces of odd looking gems. They look like oddly half-melted bits of slaggy stone and glass, and no two look quite alike. βDo you know what this is? Itβs called Lightning Glass, and itβs quite useful for my research. A storm is coming in, and Iβd like your help collecting more for my research...β
His quest is straight forward: In his shed out back are 20 lightning rods that heβs had the local blacksmith make for him. Long thin rods made of highly conductive copper, with a flat spade on the bottom to keep them upright in the ground. Each weighs 5 pounds. There are also 2 shovels in the shed the party is free to borrow for the task if they need.
The partyβs task is to bring them down to the beach and bury them in the sand so they stick upright like flag poles. He tells the party they need to be spaced out at least 10 feet apart from each other, but other than that it doesnβt matter as long as theyβre in the sand. The next morning, the party has to collect any lightning rods that are intact, collect all the Lightning Glass they can find, and deliver it all to the mage. The mage offers to let the party sleep in his living room for the night for free if the party needs accommodations for the night.
Part 1:
At the beach, the party needs to make strength checks (or whatever checks you deem appropriate) to dig a hole in the sand. Then an action to shove a lightning rod in and fill the hole back up. You canβt really fail to dig a hole, but the worse their check result, the longer it takes for them to dig. Thisβll be important for part 2.
When a lightning rod is buried into the sand, mark it on your battle map in some way. Ideally, number them all 1 through 20, thatβll make the upcoming part easier. When a lightning rod is buried, the square itβs in counts as difficult terrain; it doesnβt take up a lot of space, but you still have to be sure to swerve around it.
Part 2:
Depending on how well the party has rolled on their strength checks and how wisely theyβve spent their time, once maybe around 12-14 of the lighting rods have been buried, the storm rolls in and the real encounter begins! Ligh

Feeling extremely deflated. Plenty of cherry picked questions about totally inconsequential topics like hairstyles and pets, but nary any mention of changes to retail PvP for the remainder of Shadowlands. Yesterday we got some hint of honor talents that they will expound upon, but does anyone really think that pvp talents are the most pressing issue in this game?
We desperately need a solo-queue option for 1v1/2's/3's/6v6 and hopefully some rework of LFG, even cross-faction grouping for arenas/rbg's so the community isn't so split. I haven't played for over 6 weeks and guess I won't be coming back if nothing's going to change.
I just finished playing a game that I felt obligated to immortalize. I was playing a 5-color historic pile of nothing but removal, board wipes, planeswalkers, and a [[Yorion]]. My opponent was playing a mono-black deck of nothing but removal, board wipes, planeswalkers, and [[Rankle]]. It started off simple enough. I'd play a threat; they'd remove it. They'd play a threat; I'd remove it. Then we realized what was happening. We just went back and forth, drawing a card and passing the turn. Then our hands got full, so we started playing removal on anything we could target. [[Assassin's Trophy]] your 11th swamp. Exile all of zero creatures on board. -3/-3 nothing. Sacrifice your creatures you don't have. We both knew the game was going nowhere, but I feel like we still had fun. So to the person who stuck around for that entire game just to draw from an empty library, thank you, I truly enjoyed it.
Everyday, I see people post on this sub about how they are stuck at 1600 or 1800 or 1900 and it makes them feel like they are bad players. I've been stuck around 1120 since I began SL arena. Highest rating is 1248. I've got addons, I watch youtube videos, I read articles and guides every day. When I played WoW in WotLK there were plenty of players that were way better than me, but there were plenty of players that I was better than. In SL, at 1100, the enemy team runs perfect cc chains, perfect bursts, have top tier comps.... I don't care about ranking other than the fact that I just want to upgrade my gear. I'm full Sinful Glad and I ahve to buy Aspirant's gear, upgrade it and d/e it so that my honor doesn't go to waste. Feels bad... Guess I'll unsub soon.
EDIT: I appreciate the support and advice on this post. If I wasn't addicted to wow, I would've already unsubbed, but I am, so only thing to do is keep pushing.
I mean, the first thing is that this teaches the player(who is assumed to be completely new to soulsborne) how important it is to read and look out for animations, because that fire blast AOE can one shot you easily, but its very clear when she's gonna do it if you look at her animations. Secondly, there really is hardly anything annoying or unfair about this boss(with the possible exception of the poison pool outside the arena).Thirdly, its the first boss so far who actually uses the boss arena to her advantage. The only downside to this boss is the fact that she dosent have a cool second phase. Its the ideal light-moderate difficulty boss, and given that the bosses so far in the game have ranged from completely boring(taurus, asylum) to fucking disgraceful(capra), its honestly the best boss so far(gargoyles are up there too but they're way too easy if you have any magic at all)
PS: 'arena' in the title refers to blighttown, not the boss arena
