TLDR; The Expanse related posts are banned on the ME subreddit. Someone posts a picture of the character from The Expanse series 'Chrisjen Avasarala', who also voiced an amazing character named 'Admiral Raan' from ME, and the post was in a very positive manner. But we all have questions. Choice mod responses.
After being accused of removing comments, mod replies with "What? No i didnt. I literally only removed the post. But go off i guess. I really don't care for your accusations." (When I look at the post it says
>Sorry, this post was deleted by the person who originally posted it.
but okay)
Another user gets downvoted due to mentioning Firefly.
Alas that's the most of the drama (apart from more users giving the mods shit) as if you sort by "controversial" all you get is conversations about the casting.
I've worked in several districts. I've worked with some tremendous teachers. I've worked with some really good people who are terrible teachers. I've worked with some really lousy people that are tremendous teachers. I've flat out worked with some unmotivated people. And...I've worked with people who likely wouldn't qualify if the standards, with salary, were to be raised.
I question if I would qualify myself, depending on how those standards were to be raised. We would see more top minds entering into the field, more rigorous training, so-on.
Edit: I'm talking about Top Teacher Pay, equivalent to say, a Switzerland, or making 100K a year.
I heard the presidential election system is mainly to prevent larger states from hogging every chance of taking control of the federal government, but I'm not sure Americans these days would mindlessly vote for someone who's nothing but from their own state or who advertizes the policies that's favor of some geographical regions of America.
We have had a plethora of chapters in the book of our country...The Foundation of our country, the revolutionary war, slavery and the civil war, the gilded age, WWI, the roaring 20s, the Great Depression, WWII and the recovery from the GD, The Vietnam war along with the Civil Rights movement, the Black Power Movement, the Iran contra affair, the Gulf War, the war against Al Qaeda, the great rescission....etc....With that being said, how will this chapter be written, and how will it be remembered in our history?
