In these last 2 days, if there's anything that most people have noticed is that most cases brought up the "Sky House" which refers to Sky Williams's immense household that hosts various Smash players of all ages without any parent or supervision. The focus has been massively brought on Nairo, Keitaro and ZeRo the last days for good reasons, but there seems to be a root to all the problem.
Sky Williams has denied knowing anything about the claims being made, but i am still damn sure enough he has a massive responsability in the story and needs to be investigated as these "Smash houses" practice need to stop. What legal action can be taken to proceed against these if any? Like one of the comments said well : he's either the dumbest man alive or the scummiest of them all, either way, he has to take responsability as the host.

RS was just on his live with Ashley and was talking about his podcast guests and accidentally slipped up saying the guest is a "him", he later says that he won't reveal the gender and Ashley informed him that he already did 😅
Seems like Elan, Blake, Arie and Colton are popular guesses hes getting, who's your guess?
I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I’ve played almost exclusively on an online board, and now when I look at a physical board for some reason it’s significantly more difficult to see lines and tactics. I am able to visualize much better on the virtual board.
Anyone else share this experience?
Hello lovely people,
August is almost done! I think we're definitely doing a no-buy September so if you'd like to join in, let me know. :)
I want to start off with some positives of my No Buy August so far; I haven't bought any clothing, skin care, make up, hair care, minimalist/eco-friendly items, too many books at once, new plants (except for one I got second hand from money from my coin jar). I'm going to pay off a high APR % at the end of this month.
However, I will be honest, I did break my No Buy for other things. A large shopping trip yesterday on Amazon and Etsy caused me to go overboard. I knew that buying the plant items and cleaning supplies on Amazon will open up a gateway, and it actually did.
I bought 2 pieces of furniture for our new place, not necessary because we functioned without them. I really wanted to have the willpower to save for these items but I failed.
In addition to those items, I bought kitchen items and new pillows from Amazon.
The whole day cost me about $1,400. :(
I know that in a reality where my life doesn't revolve around my shopping addiction, these purchases are justifiable. My current cutting board is heavily split, and cooking is a passion of mine - I should spend on those items. While a new apartment will always require some new furniture pieces, I wanted to be able to enjoy these new purchases and save for them. Yet I could have survived without these items but my SA wouldn't let me stop spiraling.
Overall, I'm disappointed in myself and overwhelmed by my increased debt.
I know this isn't much of a positive post, but I appreciate you guys following me on this journey. I haven't given up yet. My lapse of judgement is going to be contained to two bad days of shopping. I'm still following No-Buy for the rest of the month. Next month, my rules will be outlined in a more strict way and I am going to challenge my will power and strength to the fullest. <3
PSA for Mei players, you're not screwing up your walls. I thought I was going crazy, but it's for sure a new bug with the latest patch. From what I can tell, you'll slip off at certain angles you wall your feet, but walls that are pointed STRAIGHT DOWN at your feet wont fail. If someone else wants to look into this and find what works and what doesn't I'd appreciate it. There's obvious downsides to looking straight down in the middle of a fight and it sucks to waste a 13 second cooldown because of a bug
Here's a visualization of the bug I clipped https://clips.twitch.tv/GiftedSmoggyGazelleSeemsGood
I’m early in the journey of getting into bourbon. I’m mid-20s with zero alcoholism in the family and very little concern that I could slip into alcohol dependence.
That said, as I begin the journey, I want to assess the risk of falling “too deep in the rabbit hole.” For the past month, I’ve been having ~1-2 bourbons 3ish times a week (skews towards 2-3 on saturdays and .5 on weekdays). I don’t feel any dependence, but I do enjoy it a lot! As you guys got deeper into bourbon, did you start to feel like it became more habitual?
Basically, I think I’ve found a really good hobby but I want to make sure that this doesn’t lead to a slippery slope of drinking too much. Should I be worried? Anyone have any tips to help avoid falling down a slippery slope?
Had someone around earlier in the week to 'sleeve' the lines that connect the main power lines to our house. He took out a step ladder and slipped a couple of bits of plastic over the wires. It took literally 5 minutes.
This will allow those fixing our roof to work safely, after which the electrician will come back and remove the plastic sleeves.
The cost? $500. No consumables used, located in the middle of Auckland, so not crazy travel time. Seems incredible.
I'm partly wondering if someone can shed some light on why it's so expensive and also just wanting to bitch about things that seem incredibly overpriced to the layman (but may actually be very reasonable if I know why it costs so much).
