Since according to Ocelote LCS isn't able to remove the import rule on their own I don't really understand what all this discussion is about. It would be nice to know exactly what could make this rule change, who actually has the power. If all leagues have to agree, or at least a majority, or if it someone at Riot HQ can do it on their own.

I'm thinking of buying it now that I have nothing else to buy from cayo money for racing purposes, but looking at the stats there are other vehicles that have higher bar like the Italy RSX and Tezeract, yet from videos I've seen it outperforms them. Someone mind explaining to me how the game physics for that car works to make it faster?
