Just got 20g of Wild Lettuce extract - label says "Lactuca Virosa 20:1" - Any recommendations on how to take it and how much?

The extract itself is a grassy powder, prefer not to eat it straight but if that's the best method I'll give it a go. Looking to ease a bit of back pain.

Any help is much appreciated!

(likely) Lactuca Serriola, in some very bad photos. Right next to my house. Hadn't really been too interested in wild lettuces until they showed up right under my nose. Not sure when/how to harvest these, but they're already starting to flower, so I assume I'm a bit late. reddit.com/gallery/w2x42j

Lactuca virus extract inducing extreme closed eye hallucinations in combo with lsa

I washed out the bottom of a half pint amber bottle of wild lettuce extract and slammed the dark green extract in a single shot. Minutes later I felt relaxed and sedated as expected. What I failed to mention was I had eaten 4 germinated hbwr. Like an hour earlier. I usually dose like 16 seeds germinated or like 3 ml of 5seed a ml to get proper effects. As soon as the wild lettuce hit the cev became extreme like a 30 seed trip and I fell from reality and was engrossed in a very aggressive visual experience eyes closed and completely sedated I enjoyed the Rick and Morty background noise and slowly fell deeper into a trance like dimension engrossed in cevs and completely sedated. Over all I rate this a ten out of ten experience and encourage people to make use of wild lettuce and make isopropyl extract and then dry and redissolve resin in hot ethanol and citric acid. My last half pint of tincture came out so good I spent a week completely sedated

So, ive made just a teeny tiny bit of extract out of 600 grams of lactuca virosa. I heated (no boiling) the chopped plant material+water and after filtering off the solids i reduced it. Seems like an awfully inefficient method, anyone got a better alternative? Also, i'm new here, hi all! :)
